Where to Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Las Vegas Restaurants, Bars, and Rooftops

As 2026 approaches, Las Vegas is taking it back to the old-school days of New Year’s Eve fun with luxe dinners, Champagne toasts, and a reason to dress to the nines (or in casual gear) to welcome the new year. Living up to its reputation, Las Vegas has something for anyone looking for exclusive rooftop parties, mouthwatering dinners to cap off the year, in view of the larger-than-life fireworks display on the Strip, or tucked away in off-Strip dining rooms. Here are the best places to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas.

Settle into a steak dinner as the last meal of the year at Carversteak in Resorts World. Two seatings are available, with the first four-course feast running from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and the second, five-course meal with lobster bisque, day boat scallops taking place from 8 p.m. to midnight for $295 per person. Earlier seatings before 8 p.m. run $195 per person, while later reservations are $265 with add-ons like foie gras, Alaskan king crab, or an a la carte raw bar with seafood towers.
