CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Sean Christie brings over two decades of industry experience and entrepreneurship to his role as CEO of the Carver Road Hospitality. Most recently, he was President of Events and Nightlife for MGM Resorts International, and prior to that, served as Executive Vice President of Business Development for Wynn Resorts.
As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Christie brings more than two decades of experience in the hospitality, nightlife, gaming, and entertainment sectors to Carver Road Hospitality, having previously served as President of Events and Nightlife for MGM Resorts International, where he oversaw all owned and leased day and nightlife venues while providing strategic direction for the company’s immense lineup of special events programming. In just two years, Mr. Christie spearheaded the development – from conception to completion – of multiple venues at MGM’s Park MGM hotel and casino, including Juniper Cocktail Lounge, Mama Rabbit Mezcal + Tequila Bar (conceived in collaboration with James Beard Award-winning mezcal pioneer Bricia Lopez), On the Record Speakeasy and Club, and Best Friend, the first Las Vegas restaurant from James Beard Award-winning Chef Roy Choi. Mr. Christie also led the development of Bellagio’s Mayfair Supper Club, which opened on New Year’s Eve of 2019.
Prior to MGM Resorts International, Mr. Christie garnered industry-wide acclaim during his 10-year tenure with luxury hospitality brand Wynn Resorts; first in 2007, when he was hired to launch Las Vegas’ first “boutique” nightclub, Blush, and later as Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Christie is recognized for elevating the guest experience throughout Wynn Resorts, making Wynn Las Vegas the first hotel to offer Amazon Alexa technology in its rooms, and he also led the property’s initiative to source and acquire top film, television, and publishing opportunities. While at Wynn, he developed groundbreaking entertainment ecosystems that included restaurants, such as notable pan-Asian restaurant Andrea’s, and, notably, daylife and nightlife. Mr. Christie is credited for the conception and launch of Wynn’s wildly successful Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub; and his influence led to the rise of Electronic Dance Music on the Las Vegas Strip, as he employed such high-caliber names as Skrillex, Deadmau5, and Tiësto to bring the emerging music genre to the city’s resort corridor. In 2012, Mr. Christie was recognized by Billboard Magazine as one of “Dance Music’s Most Influential Executives.”
Mr. Christie also founded Las Vegas Nightlife Group, an entertainment consulting firm notable for its work with MGM’s CityCenter development, as well The Mirage hotel’s Bare Pool Lounge, and M Resort’s DayDream Las Vegas Pool Club. He previously served as Managing Partner of Las Vegas-based Light Group, a top hospitality management company specializing in hotel-based restaurant and nightlife venues.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
As COO of Carver Road Hospitality, Nelson Famadas brings deep operational experience. His background includes deal sourcing, due diligence, financing and asset management in hospitality, office and residential projects, with over $600 million in projects managed or developed.
He currently owns an experiential marketing agency in Miami as well as asset manages $150 million in real assets for a family office. He previously launched and operated 2 independent satellite radio channels on SiriusXM. He serves on the Board of Directors of Dolphin Entertainment, a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DLPN) content producer and owner of 42West, the nation’s leading entertainment public relations and marketing agency, and The Door, a creative relations agency in the hospitality space.
Famadas co-created and produced over 1,100 hours of television including the first-ever Spanish language late-night show in the U.S., which won an EMMY in 1997. He started his career at Procter & Gamble and MTV Networks. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER
With a career as a senior leader spanning over twenty-five years, Michael has been pivotal in the growth and development of several world-class hospitality companies. As a founding member and Chief Operating Officer of The Light Group, he was a key to the creation and operating success of 27 food and beverage outlets in 12 different properties with 3 resort partners. Michael was the point executive in the sale of a controlling interest in The Light Group in a transaction that became a market-maker for hospitality management companies.
Following a return to New York City and his roots, Michael became the C.O.O. of the Strategic Hospitality Group. He spearheaded the reinvention of the iconic Marquee Nightclub, and the growth of the Artichoke Pizza brand. In 2017, Strategic Hospitality merged with Tao Group and joined forces with Madison Square Garden Company, who acquired a controlling interest in the new concern. Michael was a key player in the transaction, and assumed the role of Executive Vice-President, Risk Management and Finance of the new company.
As Managing Partner of Carver Road Hospitality, Michael will bring the breadth of his experience to evaluate and vet prospective acquisitions, act as the key senior liaison with operating companies, mentoring and advising venue management teams.
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
Yousfi brings over 15 years’ hospitality industry sales and marketing experience to his role focusing on growing Carver Road’s corporate sales and events division. With offices in Las Vegas and Miami, Carver Road invests in, develops, and will operate restaurants, lounges, lifestyle hotels, and other premier hospitality concepts, in U.S. and international markets. Yousfi will remain based in Las Vegas.

Yousfi previously served as Vice President of Sales, Services, Catering, Group Dining, and Weddings at MGM Resorts International. He joined ARIA Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa in 2009 initially hired to launch the hotel’s grand opening.
He was formally recognized with the 2019 HSMAI (The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International) Top 25 Award for delivering exceptional leadership in the hospitality industry, having made noteworthy strides in the areas of sales, marketing, and revenue generation.
VP OF HOSPITALITY MARKETING
Bryan is a well-respected hospitality and marketing professional with two decades of industry experience. Most recently he served as Vice President of Marketing for MGM Resorts International where he oversaw the rapid escalation of a new division tasked with launching two-dozen+ projects representing over $100M in revenue.
Previously, he oversaw all non-gaming marketing and branding activities in launching the $3B Okada Manila integrated resort in the Entertainment City corridor in the heart of Manila, Philippines. This included the brand launch of the Forbes 5-diamond property and executing a multimillion-dollar launch campaign throughout the entire APAC region.
He has managed high-profile client accounts like The Cosmopolitan Resort of Las Vegas, The ONE Group and BR Guest Hospitality for his own consulting agency while also serving in in-house marketing positions at Wynn Las Vegas and the Hakkasan Group.
A former adjunct professor at his alma mater, the University of Nevada Las Vegas, he has achieved certification from the Master Court of Sommelier and became a stellar home-chef during quarantine.
VP OF COMMUNICATIONS
Lisa is a seasoned public relations executive with over 20 year’s experience promoting domestic and international brands with a focus on lifestyle and hospitality.
Adler began her career overseeing publicity for feature films including Dances with Wolves, Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure and The Fugitive, among others. As Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Planet Hollywood, she managed relationships with celebrities, film industry executives and brand partners to produce over 45 star-studded events for the brand across the globe.
Through her consulting firm established in 1999, Adler has led venue and special event communications and produced events for clients including MGM Resorts International, Wynn Resorts, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, and more. On behalf of Wynn Las Vegas, Adler activated the resort's feature film initiatives securing The House (Will Ferrell), Mall Cop 2 (Kevin James) and Frank and Lola (Michael Shannon). Adler is currently producing a documentary about Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, directed by Ethan Hawke.
VP OF BEVERAGE & HOSPITALITY CULTURE
Francesco is a world-renowned mixologist, spirits industry educator and icon of cocktail culture. He is an honorary member of the United States Bartenders Guild and holds numerous accreditations, appointments and certifications. His following and clientele includes A-list celebrities, world-class corporate clients and world-renowned hospitality chefs and operators.
He was the founder and managing partner of MR. COCO, the visionary cocktail lounge at the Palms Casino, which was a finalist for the Tales of the Cocktail Best American Hotel Bar award in 2020.
Previously, Francesco served as Executive Director of Mixology and Spirits Educator for Southern Glazer Wine and Spirits. It was here in 2000 that he founded the Academy of Spirits & Fine Service, which has trained thousands of industry professionals.
His distinguished career also includes tenures at the helm of some of the world’s leading hotel bars --- The Gleneagles in Scotland; The Palace Hotel in Gstaadt, Switzerland; The Intercontinental Hotel in Cologne, Germany; and Harry’s Bar and Hotel Cipriani in Venice, Italy.
He has also won some of the world’s most prestigious cocktail competitions, including the Bacardi-Martini Grand Prix World Final and John White Course in Singapore (both involving the I.B.A.), Bartender Hall of Fame Award from Bartender’s Magazine, the Raising the Bar Award from Cheers Magazine, Mixologist of the Year Award from Nightclub and Bar Magazine, Spirit Professional of the Year from Santé Magazine and Tales Of The Cocktail’s Golden Spirit Award.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Three years out of Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, Ryan has made a distinct impact on the Las Vegas hospitality industry. Quickly getting promoted to Marketing Manager of the world-renowned Encore Beach Club within a year of college graduation, Ryan was in charge of design and implementation of marketing strategy for the $50+ million day and nightclub including branding, data re-targeting, and special event creation.
Ryan then moved on to opening KAOS Dayclub and Nightclub as Director of Marketing. He successfully promoted launch parties at Sundance and Coachella, while activating over a million-dollar national traditional marketing campaign. From opening KAOS, he was helmed to work at MGM Resorts Int. as Director of Marketing Events & Nightlife for Aria and Bellagio. His focus was opening a high-end restaurant and entertainment venue on the lake of Bellagio called Mayfair Supper Club, one of MGM Resort’s highest valued restaurants in their portfolio.
VP OF FINANCE
Regi brings his 30+ years of experience in management, accounting, payroll, inventory, HR, financial reporting, and analysis across several industries and verticals. His background is supported by a BS degree in accounting and an MBA. Before joining Carver Road Hospitality, his experience focused on Controllership, internal audit, general accounting, and operational management. Projects included implementing and migrating to efficient accounting systems to increase productivity, audit, developing standard operating procedures, and creating automation workflows in the hospitality industry.
Regi is most excited to work at Carver Road Hospitality for our vision, efficient structure, collaborative, team-focused, and growth-oriented culture.
Outside of work, Regi and his wife love to travel and participate in outdoor activities. They both love to cook and often entertain friends and family. They also volunteer for several non-profit and civic engagement organizations.
Entering his 10th year of experience in the hospitality industry, Travis continues a progressive career path that has led him to success across different departments from Human Resources - Talent Acquisition to Marketing and Event Activation. His passion for producing high quality activations has led him to specialize in producing ‘WOW’ events crossing over into the world of sports including official NHL, NBA & NFL team events and those with Hall of Fame athletes and UFC championship fighters.
Prior to joining Carver Road Hospitality as Marketing Manager, he launched Stadium Swim at Circa Resort as an Operations Supervisor leading F&B service at the 64,000 square foot venue. He returns to the marketing position he earned at MGM Resorts International after serving as Executive Assistant to the Vice Presidents of Events & Nightlife (Operations & Marketing). In that position he was responsible for the relaunch of Moneyline Sports Bar & Book (now BetMGM) and executing events and promotions at On the Record Speakeasy & Club.
His move to marketing was preceded by a stellar career in Human Resources - Talent Acquisition where he oversaw recruitment at multiple luxury properties for MGM Resorts International and filled 10,000+ positions annually from front line service staff to senior executive levels.
