Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar to open at NYC’s Pier 17 in fall 2026

Seaport Entertainment Group (NYSE: SEG) and Carver Road Hospitality announced plans to open a 14,000-square-foot Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Pier 17 in New York City’s Seaport district in fall 2026.

The two-level venue will serve as the East Coast flagship location for the Flanker brand, which currently operates in Salt Lake City, Glendale, Arizona, and Las Vegas. The ground floor will house the main Flanker restaurant and sports bar, while the second floor will feature The Hidden Boot Saloon, a country-themed venue with three bars, line dancing, and a mechanical bull.

“The Seaport represents the best of New York, and it’s a destination that continues to evolve within the city’s social scene to offer unique events and experiences,” said Matt Partridge, President and Chief Executive Officer of Seaport Entertainment Group.

The venue will offer East River views and include state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment with dedicated areas for private events. The design will be handled by The Design Agency.

Flanker began operations in Salt Lake City in 2021, followed by locations at State Farm Stadium in Glendale and Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas in 2023. The Las Vegas location has partnerships with the UFC and Las Vegas Raiders.
