Steve oversees all aspects of food and beverage for Carver Road’s portfolio of restaurants; collaborating with chefs, general managers, and others to ensure the highest levels of quality and service. Mr. Geddes ascended to his role at Carver Road Hospitality following more than 40 years as a hands-on leader and mentor in the culinary arts – for more than a decade he was the only working chef in the United States to hold the honor of Master Sommelier. Mr. Geddes has studied under acclaimed chefs Wolfgang Puck, Andre Rochat, George Morrone, Charlie Trotter, Charlie Palmer and Rick Moonen; and, in addition to multiple director and executive chef roles, he has taught at UNLV’s esteemed William F. Harrah College of Hospitality and served as founder and head of his own food, beverage, and hospitality consulting firm, GeddyUp.
