Rebecca Friedman

Rebecca Friedman serves as Director of Group Sales for Carver Road Hospitality. She brings to the role more than 15 years of experience in management, marketing, brand development, sales, and event planning.
Leadership roles include Director of Events and Marketing, Senior Events Manager, and Events and Marketing Manager at global hospitality brand The ONE Group and the company’s flagship Las Vegas restaurant, STK at The Cosmopolitan.
She has served as Catering Sales and Event Manager for Innovative Dining Group’s BOA Steakhouse and the Sushi Roku location on the Las Vegas Strip, and held events and operations roles at Station Casinos’ Green Valley Ranch resort.
In an event planning capacity, Friedman has worked with The Light Group’s FIX, Stack, Diablo’s Cantina, and Brand Steakhouse; RM Seafood at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino; Los Angeles’ Katana, and BOA Sunset; STK locations in Chicago, Denver, and Los Angeles; and Green Valley Ranch’s Terra Verde and Hank’s Fine Steakhouse and Martinis.
Friedman is a certified sommelier, having earned Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from the International Sommelier Guild. She is a member of the Las Vegas Hospitality Association and holds bachelor’s degrees in hotel administration and global economics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the University of California, Santa Cruz, respectively.
