Natalie Barbaro

With an impressive background in operations, group sales, and CRM, Natalie manages sales and marketing efforts for private dining and events at Carver Road Hospitality’s acclaimed Carversteak (Resorts World Las Vegas) and Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar (Mandalay Bay) on the Las Vegas Strip. Natalie joined Carver Road in 2022 following a successful tenure as Operations Manager for nightlife and hospitality group Zouk, and she also served as Assistant General Manager of The Venetian’s acclaimed Cocktail Collective destinations; The Dorsey, Rosina, and Electra. Natalie is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and holds a certification in contract law from Harvard Law School.
