CHRISTIE
Previously, he was COO and Vice President of Operations for Wynn Las Vegas, where he pioneered the use of technology to enhance guest experience, making Wynn the first hotel to offer Amazon Alexa, and led the hotel’s initiative to source and acquire top film, television and publishing opportunities. While at Wynn, he also developed groundbreaking entertainment ecosystems that incorporated notable, destination restaurants, such as Andrea’s (Forbes 4-star ranking) and Society Café (one of Esquire’s “Best New Restaurants”).
Before that, he founded Las Vegas Nightlife Group, a consulting firm that promoted hotels and luxury residential developments for CityCenter Las Vegas, and developed club concepts including Blush Lounge, Encore Beach Club and Surrender Nightclub, ushering in the EDM era and leading Billboard to name Christie one of “Dance Music’s Most Influential Executives.”

FAMADAS
He currently owns an experiential marketing agency in Miami as well as asset manages $150 million in real assets for a family office. He previously launched and operated 2 independent satellite radio channels on SiriusXM. He serves on the Board of Directors of Dolphin Entertainment, a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DLPN) content producer and owner of 42West, the nation’s leading entertainment public relations and marketing agency, and The Door, a creative relations agency in the hospitality space.
Famadas co-created and produced over 1,100 hours of television including the first-ever Spanish language late-night show in the U.S., which won an EMMY in 1997. He started his career at Procter & Gamble and MTV Networks. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University.


FRANCESCO
LAFRANCONI
He was the founder and managing partner of MR. COCO, the visionary cocktail lounge at the Palms Casino, which was a finalist for the Tales of the Cocktail Best American Hotel Bar award in 2020.
Previously, Francesco served as Executive Director of Mixology and Spirits Educator for Southern Glazer Wine and Spirits. It was here in 2000 that he founded the Academy of Spirits & Fine Service, which has trained thousands of industry professionals.
His distinguished career also includes tenures at the helm of some of the world’s leading hotel bars --- The Gleneagles in Scotland; The Palace Hotel in Gstaadt, Switzerland; The Intercontinental Hotel in Cologne, Germany; and Harry’s Bar and Hotel Cipriani in Venice, Italy.
He has also won some of the world’s most prestigious cocktail competitions, including the Bacardi-Martini Grand Prix World Final and John White Course in Singapore (both involving the I.B.A.), Bartender Hall of Fame Award from Bartender’s Magazine, the Raising the Bar Award from Cheers Magazine, Mixologist of the Year Award from Nightclub and Bar Magazine, Spirit Professional of the Year from Santé Magazine and Tales Of The Cocktail’s Golden Spirit Award.
LISA
LONG ADLER
Adler began her career overseeing publicity for feature films including Dances with Wolves, Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure and The Fugitive, among others. As Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Planet Hollywood, she managed relationships with celebrities, film industry executives and brand partners to produce over 45 star-studded events for the brand across the globe.
Through her consulting firm established in 1999, Adler has led venue and special event communications and produced events for clients including MGM Resorts International, Wynn Resorts, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, and more. On behalf of Wynn Las Vegas, Adler activated the resort's feature film initiatives securing The House (Will Ferrell), Mall Cop 2 (Kevin James) and Frank and Lola (Michael Shannon). Adler is currently producing a documentary about Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, directed by Ethan Hawke.


BRYAN
BASS
Previously, he oversaw all non-gaming marketing and branding activities in launching the $3B Okada Manila integrated resort in the Entertainment City corridor in the heart of Manila, Philippines. This included the brand launch of the Forbes 5-diamond property and executing a multimillion-dollar launch campaign throughout the entire APAC region.
He has managed high-profile client accounts like The Cosmopolitan Resort of Las Vegas, The ONE Group and BR Guest Hospitality for his own consulting agency while also serving in in-house marketing positions at Wynn Las Vegas and the Hakkasan Group.
A former adjunct professor at his alma mater, the University of Nevada Las Vegas, he has achieved certification from the Master Court of Sommelier and became a stellar home-chef during quarantine.
RYAN
LEVINE
Ryan then moved on to opening KAOS Dayclub and Nightclub as Director of Marketing. He successfully promoted launch parties at Sundance and Coachella, while activating over a million-dollar national traditional marketing campaign. From opening KAOS, he was helmed to work at MGM Resorts Int. as Director of Marketing Events & Nightlife for Aria and Bellagio. His focus was opening a high-end restaurant and entertainment venue on the lake of Bellagio called Mayfair Supper Club, one of MGM Resort’s highest valued restaurants in their portfolio.


CHELSEA
ROGERS
Previously, she served a similar role for MGM Resorts International, within the corporate Events & Nightlife department, which oversaw nearly two-dozen different venues. She was active in the planning, marketing, operational and branding aspects of all venues and prospective projects.
She is following a career progression that began at Wynn Resorts where she served as the executive assistant to the COO and various other sales, accounting and management support roles over 7+ years at the Wynn & Encore properties.
When she is not hard at work, she enjoys traveling and most outdoor adventures excluding those that involve incredible heights.
