US: Leading hospitality executive Sean Christie and media marketing and real estate executive Nelson Famadas have announced the formation of Carver Road Hospitality.
The partnership between the two will develop, invest in and operate lifestyle hotels, restaurants and other concepts.
Carver Road aims to create customer service driven experiences layered across multiple curated environments. It is currently finalising a variety of late-stage partnerships in domestic and international markets.
Christie, Carver Road Hospitality’s chief executive officer, said: “We’ve assembled a formidable team of hospitality industry professionals with decades of experience and a track record for success. Its senior management team includes a further number of hospitality industry leaders. This includes mixology expert Francesco La Franconi as head of Beverage and Hospitality Culture, Bryan Bass, former VP of events for MGM Resorts, as VP of Hospitality Marketing, and Lisa Long Adler, also formerly of MGM, as head of communications.
